2016 11 13 "Not One Stone: Idolatry, Apocalypse, and Offering"

Standing in the Temple, amidst the beautiful decorations, Jesus drops a bomb in Luke 22: "Not one stone will be left upon another." The symbol of God's presence with the people of Israel would be destroyed, shown as temporary, fragile. In these fragile, anxious times, Fr. Paul Wheatley speaks from Jesus's words of encouragement and St. Paul's encouragement to the Thessalonian church about how to live with hope in days of anxiety.
